Yesterday I went Tesco, Kota Damansara with my mom. 1 thing I realise when I was in a long queue.
Wow, look at the crowd. Tesco is making big money but they are providing a very lousy service for their customer.
Well u look at that! Q-Buster is a new system in Tesco. From the board we understand that, if there are more than 2 trolley ahead of you, a new counter will be open. The best part is, the tiny words at the bottom of this board written, counters will be open until full.
I wonder what happen to these counters??? hmmmmmm Those boards giving a hope to the customer that they will not queue for long. Why give us,customer such fake hope???
